Products
Jennifer Lee Ann Art offers original acrylic paintings, fine art prints, and custom commissions. Because artwork is handcrafted or professionally produced to order, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings and the printing process.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Original artwork is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once an original painting has been sold, it will no longer be available for purchase unless otherwise stated.
Payments
Payment is required in full before an order is processed. Orders are securely processed through Shopify’s approved payment providers.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within the United States only.
Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product ordered. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide but cannot be guaranteed.
Jennifer Lee Ann Art is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, photographs, logos, website content, and designs are the exclusive property of Jennifer Lee Ann Art and are protected by United States copyright law.
The purchase of an original painting or fine art print transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with the artist unless expressly transferred in writing.
Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, distributed, modified, used for commercial purposes, or used for AI training, NFTs, or other digital reproduction without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Jennifer Lee Ann Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products beyond the amount paid for the applicable order, except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the applicable laws of the United States.
