Shipping Locations

At this time, Jennifer Lee Ann Art ships within the United States only.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the type of artwork ordered.

  • Original Paintings: Typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase.
  • Fine Art Prints: Most prints are professionally produced after your order is placed and typically ship within 5–10 business days.
  • Custom Commissions: Completion and shipping timelines will be discussed individually during the commission process.

During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Packaging

Every effort is made to package artwork securely.

  • Original paintings are carefully wrapped and protected for transit.
  • Fine art prints are shipped in protective packaging designed to prevent damage during shipping.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Jennifer Lee Ann Art within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the artwork
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the packaging materials
  • Photos of the shipping label

Keeping all original packaging helps with shipping insurance claims.

Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to process and ship orders promptly, Jennifer Lee Ann Art cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
