Refund policy

At Jennifer Lee Ann Art, every piece is created or produced with great care. My goal is for you to love your artwork and enjoy it for years to come.

Original Paintings

All original artwork sales are final.

If your original painting arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Fine Art Prints

Each fine art print is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, prints cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Color variations between screens and the printed artwork

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. I will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Framed Prints

Framed prints are custom-made and are also final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Custom Commissions

Custom commissions are created specifically for each client and are non-refundable once work has begun. Payment schedules and revisions will be outlined in your commission agreement before painting begins.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and take photographs of:

  • The outside of the shipping box
  • The shipping label
  • The packaging materials
  • The artwork

These photos help with shipping insurance claims and allow me to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production has begun.

Once a print has entered production or an original artwork has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
